Marriott has allegedly engaged in a deceptive practice whereby Marriott charges an improper reward “Redemption Charge” to consumers using Marriot loyalty program rewards points to pay for their stay. Marriott’s family of hotels include Marriott, St. Regis, W Hotels, Westin, Sheraton, Ritz-Carlton, Element, and Autograph Collection hotels.
