Matthew Gradecki joined Franklin D. Azar & Associates in May 2026 as a Personal Injury Attorney. He focuses his practice on helping individuals navigate personal injury claims and recover the compensation they deserve. Matt works closely with injured clients at every stage of their case, from initial intake through resolution. Matt’s goals are ensuring clients are guided through the process including through the treatment phase through the resolution stage. Matt is committed to easing the burdens his clients face after an injury by providing clear communication, strategic negotiation, and a results-driven approach aimed at achieving fair outcomes.
Prior to joining Franklin D. Azar & Associates, Matt built a diverse legal background handling both personal injury matters and complex civil litigation. His experience includes managing cases, developing treatment plans and case valuations, and negotiating settlements. He has spent time working previously in insurance defense, creditor’s rights, trusts and estates, and oil and gas law, allowing him to bring a well-rounded and practical perspective to his practice.
Matt earned both his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wyoming. He graduated from law school with honors, finishing near the top of his class, and receiving the distinction of Order of the Coif. He is currently licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Wyoming.
Originally born in Wyoming and raised primarily in rural Colorado, Matt has strong ties to both states and is proud to serve clients throughout the region. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, their young daughter, and their growing family. Their home is filled with energy, not only from their children but also from their many pets, reflecting a shared love of animals and an active family life.
