Ms. Azar received her Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara. While attending UCSB, Ms. Azar clerked for Girardi I Keese a highly respected personal injury law firm in Los Angeles. While clerking there, Ms. Azar assisted the attorneys who were working on complex litigation including products liability and large wage and hour class action lawsuits.
Between studying and clerking, Ms. Azar was an active member of Delta Gamma, who’s motto is “Do Good.” During her time with DG, Ms. Azar devoted her time to fundraising and volunteer work with Service for Sight, which funds five schools for the visually impaired, including the Anchor Center for Blind Children in Denver.
After graduating, Ms. Azar interned for the Honorable Layne Phillips at Phillips ADR, an alternative dispute resolution firm focused on mediating complex litigation disputes.
In 2018, Ms. Azar earned Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While earning her degree Ms. Azar clerked for Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky Wotkyns LLP, where she worked on numerous class action lawsuits and contract disputes. She also clerked for The Brandi Law Firm where she worked on wrongful death, personal injury, and class action cases.
Ms. Azar currently works in the class action department and is involved in various cases including the Ford Motors emissions and fuel economy litigation; Pińon v. Ford Motor Company.
Ms. Azar is an attorney in the Class Action Group at Franklin D. Azar & Associates, P.C. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
