D. Sean Nation has been litigating complex claims for nearly a decade with an emphasis on protecting the public from harmful corporate practices.
Before joining Frank D. Azar & Associates, Mr. Nation worked as a national class action attorney representing consumers and institutional investors. He brings significant securities, antitrust, and patent litigation experience to the firm. His experience in complex litigation involves all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation of claims through jury trial and appeal.
He has had significant victories in a variety of matters, including In re Solodyn Antitrust Litigation ($43 million recovery), In re Aggrenox Antitrust Litigation ($54 recovery), In re Diamond Foods, Inc. Securities Litigation ($96 million recovery), In re Checking Account Overdraft Litigation (multiple settlements totaling over $100 million).
Mr. Nation obtained his law degree from New York University School of Law where he was Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Liberty. He graduated from Emory University, magna cum laude, with a degree in political science and history.
