Phil was born and raised in east central Indiana. Phil attended Purdue University where he graduated with a degree in Business. During his time at Purdue University, Phil was a very active member of the student body and the local community. Upon graduating from Purdue, Phil decided to pursue a career in law.
Phil attended Penn State Law where he earned his J.D. While in law school, Phil was Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta and a member of the school’s prestigious advocacy program. Phil also worked as a research assistant for the A. Robert Noll Distinguished Professor of Law, John Lopatka, where he focused his research on the areas of antitrust, economic analysis of law, and regulated industries.
After graduating from Penn State Law in 2013, Phil moved to Colorado to begin practicing law. While studying for the Colorado bar exam, Phil was involved in a class action lawsuit helping individuals who contracted various diseases and were exposed to harmful materials after the tragedy of September 11, 2001. After being admitted to practice in Colorado, Phil began his career as a tax dispute attorney helping those who were aggrieved by the government. Phil handled hundreds of cases across the state of Colorado and learned how to be the most fierce advocate he can be for his clients.
Phil now focuses on personal injury law where he represents those who are injured by the negligent and reckless acts of individuals and those who are damaged by insurance companies. Phil is passionate about helping those who have been put into an awful situation due to the fault of others and will fight tirelessly to see they are justly compensated.
Currently, Phil is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, as well as the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. When he is not working, Phil enjoys playing basketball, golfing, cooking, reading, spending time with his friends and family, being involved in the community, and experiencing all that the great state of Colorado has to offer.
