Jonathan Parrott has over ten years’ experience in litigating and trying cases across the country on behalf of individuals who have been harmed or damaged by others. Some examples of cases he has been involved in include a rare wage and hour class action that went to trial in the Eastern District of New York, resulting in a verdict for a class of construction workers; a trial in El Paso County, Colorado, that resulted in a $2.23 million verdict for a man who lost his leg in a motorcycle crash; and a trial in Beverly Hills, California, that resulted in a verdict for an injured woman who required surgery. He has successfully pursued other cases, often up to the point of or through trial, in the areas of employment law violations, insurance bad faith, sexual harassment and assault, dangerous and defective products, medical malpractice, and personal injury.
