Molly Walsh was born in Omaha, Nebraska. Her family moved to Colorado in 1989, and she has lived here ever since. Molly attended Creighton University for college and law school.
During law school, Molly interned at the Denver District Attorney’s Office, working in the Economic Crimes Unit (1996) and the Appellate Division (1997). After law school, Molly worked at a small litigation firm on a very big case involving 50+ plaintiffs suing a beryllium manufacturer who supplied raw beryllium to Rocky Flats Nuclear Facility.
In 2002, Molly began a career defending physicians and other licensed health care professionals in medical malpractice lawsuits as well as representing medical professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters. Molly has also represented attorneys in malpractice litigation and disciplinary matters. Molly has successfully handled cases in all levels of litigation, from pre-suit evaluation through settlement, trial and appeals. Molly is a fierce advocate for her clients, and is driven to provide the best results, whether through settlement or trial.
In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her daughter, Mary Frances. Molly is an active volunteer for her daughter’s dance school in making, repairing and restoring ballet costumes. When she’s not up to her elbows in tutus, Molly also enjoys cooking and gardening.
