“Always prepare for the worst, and then all your surprises will be happy ones.”
I was born and raised in the Arvada, CO area. After graduating from Ralston Valley High School in 2017, I attended Regis Jesuit University. I graduated with my B.S. in Biochemistry in 2017. After graduating with my undergraduate degree, I worked as a paralegal for 2 years before enrolling in law school in 2019. I attended law school at The University of South Dakota. During my time there, I was on the Trial Team for 2 years, and was on Law Review, serving first as a staff writer and then as Notes and Comments Editor. I graduated from Law School in 2022. Following Law School, I worked as a public defender in South Dakota for 3 years. My time as a public defender allowed me to participate in many trials, and work on my skills as an advocate and litigator.
I moved back to Colorado in the fall of 2025, to be closer to family. Outside of work, I like to stay active. I have two dogs, and I like to spend time outdoors with them. Growing up in Colorado gave me a love for the outdoors, and I enjoy hiking and camping when I can. I am an avid gardener, with what some would say is too many plants.
